Delete Your Account 删除你的账号

You can delete your Xintu Vision account and personal data at any time, directly in the app — no customer service required. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what happens after you confirm. 你可以随时在芯图视界 App 内自助删除账号及个人数据，无需联系客服。本页说明操作步骤、删除范围与确认后的处理结果。

Delete your account in the app 在 App 内删除账号

The steps are the same on Android and iOS and take about a minute. Android 与 iOS 操作一致，全程约一分钟。

Open the Xintu Vision app and sign in打开芯图视界 App 并登录账号 Use the account you want to delete.请使用你要删除的那个账号登录。

Tap the Profile tab点击底部 我的 标签 It's the rightmost tab at the bottom of the screen.即屏幕底部最右侧的标签页。

Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner点击右上角「设置」图标 The gear icon next to your profile header.位于个人信息区右上角的齿轮图标。

Tap Account Deletion点击 账号注销 Found in the account section of the settings page.在设置页的账号分区中。

Confirm the deletion确认注销 Read the notice, tap Delete Account, then confirm in the dialog.阅读注销须知后，点击「注销账号」并在弹窗中再次确认。

What gets deleted 删除范围

Deleting your account erases the data associated with it: 注销账号将删除与该账号关联的以下数据：

Deleted将被删除

  • Account profile — nickname, mobile number / email, avatar账号资料 — 昵称、手机号 / 邮箱、头像
  • Cloud storage — stored videos and purchased plans tied to the account云存储 — 账号下的云端录像及已购套餐
  • Messages & alerts — alarm and notification history消息与报警 — 告警及消息通知记录
  • Devices & groups — bindings between your cameras and the account设备与分组 — 摄像机与账号的绑定及分组关系
  • Preferences & identifiers — app settings, login credentials, push tokens偏好与标识 — 应用设置、登录凭证、推送标识

Retained (anonymized)依法保留（脱敏）

  • Transaction and security records we are legally required to keep, stored in de-identified form法律法规要求保留的交易与安全日志，以去标识化（脱敏）形式存储
  • Retained records are permanently deleted once the statutory retention period expires保留期限届满后将彻底删除

What happens after you confirm 确认注销后会发生什么

Executed immediately立即执行

Deletion is executed the moment you confirm in the app.在 App 内确认的瞬间即开始执行删除。

Data deleted instantly数据立即删除

Your account data is removed right away — no waiting period.账号数据即刻删除，没有任何等待期。

Account inaccessible立即无法登录

The account can no longer sign in on any device.账号随即失效，任何设备上均无法再登录。

Before you delete 删除前须知

Please read carefully — deletion is permanent 请仔细阅读 — 注销操作不可撤销

  • Remove all cameras and device groups from the account before deleting it — the app requires this.注销前须先删除（解绑）账号内的所有摄像机及分组，App 会强制校验。
  • Unused cloud storage plans are deleted together with the account and cannot be restored or refunded.未使用完的云存储套餐将随账号一并删除，无法恢复，也不予退款。
  • Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered. You'll need to register again to use the app.账号一旦注销无法找回，需重新注册后才能继续使用。

FAQ 常见问题

What happens to my cameras after account deletion? 账号注销后，我的摄像机还能用吗？
The cameras themselves keep working — only the binding to the deleted account is removed. To use them with a new account, re-add the camera in the app. 摄像机硬件不受影响，只是与被删账号的绑定关系被移除。如需在其他账号下继续使用，请在 App 中重新添加设备即可。
Can a deleted account be recovered? 注销后还能恢复账号吗？
No. Deletion is irreversible. All account data, including cloud storage videos, is permanently removed. You can register a new account at any time. 不能。注销不可逆，账号全部数据（含云端录像）将被永久删除。你随时可以重新注册新账号。
I have an active cloud storage plan. What should I do? 还有未到期的云存储套餐怎么办？
Plans are deleted together with the account and cannot be restored or refunded. If you want to keep your footage, download it before deleting your account. 套餐将随账号一并删除，无法恢复，也不予退款。如需保留录像，请在注销前自行下载。
I only want to remove some data, not my whole account. 我只想删除部分数据，不想注销账号。
You can delete individual videos and photos in the app, or remove a device, without deleting your account. Full account deletion is only needed when you no longer want to use the service. 无需注销账号即可在 App 内单独删除录像、照片或移除设备。只有不再使用本服务时才需要注销整个账号。
My deletion request is stuck or I can't sign in. What now? 删除流程遇到问题或无法登录怎么办？
